3 Mistakes why you are not Selling online.



Mistake number 1 Focus on product features, not product benefits:

People basically buy things, but because of the profits they get, they buy profits, not functions
If you're thirsty on a sunny day, buy water to quench your thirst, not because you like bottles but because you are thirsty.
Therefore, the first mistake most people make is that they are too focused on the features of what they sell and forget to show the product's benefits.
Attracting people is a benefit, not a feature.
I'm not saying you should completely ignore product features. You need to place them too, but you don't have to focus on them.

Mistake number 2 focuses on yourself, not the customer.

Don't market for you, not for you, as everyone is looking for ways to make more money than this.
Don't go crazy with me, me, me, me.
I am this, I do this, I used to do this, no. There is a place to establish that credibility.
Tell them that this is what they can stand to get, this is what they will benefit them from now on. This is the way they can save more cash.
If you are someone who uses the word "you" rather than the word I please stop it.

Mistake number 3 hasn't built enough credibility and trust:

People really want to buy from the people and brands they trust and respect.
Coke is number one because it builds a consistent brand and people trust them.
The cola in Lagos State is the same as the cola in Abuja.
One of the hardest things to leave is money. So, especially if we've never heard of you before, you must first build credibility with the writer.
So you have to ask yourself this question. Why should people buy from me?
Do you have experience in that area?
How trustworthy are you? Do you know your onion, or are you just looking for money?
